Going single-stack would pretty much be the wrong direction and defeat the purpose of the P365. OP, if you want a pistol that is thinner you need to look into the Ruger LC9s. It's also, IIRC, a tad lighter. And it's single-stack and 7+1. The things I like about this pocket holster; It's leather. It works in baggy pockets of cargo shorts or dress pants. Once you position it in your pocket it stays in that position even if the pocket is bigger than the holster. It also stays in that position when you draw your weapon.
